Flu Immunisations
On Thursday 15th October, we will be hosting the NHS Immunisation Team at Barnby Road. They will be administering the flu vaccination to eligible pupils from Reception through to Year 6.
Please ensure that you complete the consent form, even if you do not wish your child to receive the vaccination. This allows the NHS Immunisation Team to accurately record your decision.
Please note that vaccinations will only be administered where parent/carer consent has been provided.
